We are located on the second floor of the Caesars New Orleans. The physical address is 6 N Canal St, New Orleans, LA 70130. Guests can enter The Fillmore from the entrance located on Canal Street directly before the Caesars New Orleans Valet entrance. All guests under the age of 21, must enter and exit this entrance. When leaving the show, Guests may exit out through the casino or to Canal St through The Fillmore’s main entrance.

Play 30 Park Free Caesars New Orleans offers 24 hours of complimentary parking in their self-parking garages located on Convention Center Boulevard when you play for 30 minutes using your Caesars Rewards Card. The Box Office is open on event days only. The Box Office will open two hours before door time on these days and remain open until show headliner hits the stage. Please check the event specific page for Box Office opening times on event days.
